VMX site not responding

The VMX site is working intermittently; most of the time the server is taking too long to respond for the site to open up.

This issue is due to the file server that we use. We are in the process of looking for another server. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to just fix this, so the intermittent problem will persist until we do go to another server. But I would ask that you still send files up when as you would normally, and if it doesn't work just try again in a little while. The other day I send three shows successfully, then the fourth failed, and then about an hour later the fourth one went up. It's a little bit of a pain right now, I know, but we have to keep the momentum going as we work on fixing the little things. Thanks, and keep posting!

I have been working with the
I have been working with the webhost, and they have doubled our memory and other related settings that are slowing things down. I have checked the logs and it looks like the last time there was an issue was November 7th. Either that means no one has been submitting anything or that it's working better.
