Unable to access new content from VMX

I'm not able to access this program in the New Content from VMX: House Commerce Committee Hearing on Broadband Availability in Vermont: Comcast Comments. When I click the link, I get a message "Access Denied". I am able to access other programs from the list.

I clicked on the link in the digest email and got the same result.  However, when I go to the website directly, the show simply does not appear.  The show was uploaded, according to Pando, and I remember completing the VMX submission form.

Not sure if this is related, but I also received a warning on the VMX machine today "startup disk nearly full".  I emptied the trash, which was evidently quite full.

All I can think of to do upload the Comcast show again from scratch.

Any ideas, Matt?

I resubmitted one time and the VMX website did not return a positive result.  It seemed to reset itself and returned only the main page.  I just resubmitted a second time, and it seems to have finally "taken".

 

So is this a done deal? Or is
