transcorder disappears

I was downloading Ethan Allen from Woodstock.  The file connected and when finished i clicked Make MP2 (I saw it in the Pando files).  About 30 seconds into the transcoding it the transcoding box disappeared.  I downloaded about 8 programs last week and had no problems.
