To All VMX Users -- Very Important

Since I am not in your shop, I am not sure who this applies to, so I am sending it to all of you. If you have problems with any part of the VMX process, it is imperative that you leave the VMX computer on ALL THE TIME, not just when you are using it. As well, when it is on, either the Vine Server app has to be running, or the Apple Remote Desktop or Remote Management has to be enabled if you want to get support. Changing the passwords or user names from what they were originally is also a show stopper. If I or Emily can't VNC into the machine, it makes it that much harder to help you.
