Timing of downloads

It seems that when you download programs some take 5 to 10 minutes and some take up to a week or more. When they come a week or more later, I actually forgot I download the files.

Uploads and downloads are a function of bandwidth. If you have a large upload speed, uploading will take only a short while, but even if you have a robust download speed, you are limited by the upload speed of Pando's servers, which are not that high. So larger files are going to take a long time to download.

No program should take a
No program should take a week to download.
Is it taking a week for the progress bar in Pando to fully download? Or is it taking a week before you transcode it? Or is it taking a week to go from the VMX computer to your Princeton machine? What program did this happen with?
As much information as you can give will help figure this out.
Drew has had some programs
Drew has had some programs that took several days to download as well. It seems that Pando does not have a very robust upload speed. We have a MONSTER download speed, but it doesn't matter if Pando doesn't serve us as fast.
