Time of uploads

I started uploading a 1:44:00 program at 10:15 am and it is still transcoding.  is this normal?

This is a confusing post. Uploading and transcoding are two very different animals. Uploading is a Pando thing, transcoding is a VMX thing. Which are you wondering about?

Our Pando is stuck at 49%. I

Our Pando is stuck at 49%. I started uploading Douglas' Inaugural address yesterday and left it uploading over night. This morning Pando was stuck at 49%. I canceled the process and started it again. Now it's stuck at that same 49%. I checked the MPEG4 file and is seems to be fine. I uploaded another program yesterday and that worked ok.

There may be a problem with the package. Change the name of the file by adding just a single character (for instance, add a "1" to the end of the name without the quotes) and resend the package. See what happens.

Also, make sure you are waiting until the transcode is finished before you send the file.
