Problem with Tax Talk 2010 from CCTV

We are trying to download Tax Talk 2010 but it gets near completion and stops. The message that Pando offers is "not available" Any ideas?

I had the same problem with that show and just let it sit there over the weekend. It picked back up where it left off on Monday. I have a funny feeling that the host computer might be getting shut down, as I have now had that happen twice.

Check the upload date and
Check the upload date and make sure it was not more than 60 days ago. Another thing to think about is that if people forget to login to the Pando Pro account, their shows will expire after 30 days.
Sometimes you can still access the show, even though Pando says it's stuck at 99%. Check the folder, see if you can open the file, and then move the playhead to the end and make sure you have the whole show. Don't cancel the Pando download, because that might delete the show. Instead, move the file to another location, maybe the desktop (sometimes I'll even lock it so it can't be deleted) and THEN cancel the download. The show should be fine from there.
There are some issues that we will be discussing at the next board meeting, and this is one of them. For now, the only think I can say is that if the show is compressed correctly, and the upload goes through at the originators end, there's nothing we can do on the download side. Pando is not part of VMX, it's just a service we use.
