Pando upgrades

Almost everytime I go onto download it asks for a Pando upgrade.  I have done this and it keeps asking.  I can't work around this so I can download.  I have also heard there are problems when uploading with a new Pando upgrade.

Hi Bob,

I looked into your machine and you were running the wrong type of Pando (it appears you had downloaded and installed the free version where as we use a paid version).

I downloaded and installed the correct version of Pando. Please do not download or upgrade Pando at this point unless you hear otherwise. The version you are running on now is the correct version.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In this upgrade, it cleared out the program you were downloading. I cannot remember the name of the program, but I believe it was from either RETN or VCAM. You will need to restart this download.
