Pando package too large

I'm trying to make a Pando package but I get an error message: "Package size has exceeded 3.0GB. This is currently the limit of your Pando account. Please remove some files and try again." The size of the file I'm trying to package is 3.13GB. I have removed files but still get the message. I'm logged in to Pando by using the VMX Publishing account (premium sign in).

you would have to split up

you would have to split up this movie and compress it into two segments,  then upload each as part 1 and part2. You can't upload any single file bigger than 3.0 GB
