Length of dvd

I have Dartmouth College Football games which are over 2 hours long. Tried to upload them and Pando said the file is to big. Any ideas?

Did you convert them using the VMX app first? Also, are you logged into Pando Premium? At 2 hours, the files should be about 2.3 GB each, is that right? Pando has a 3GB limit on file size, and a 1GB limit if your are not signed into the Premium account. Check at the bottom left of your Pando screen where it says Online, click there, and see if it says Premium sign in, or Premium sign out. If it says sign in, do so. If not, post back here with the file size for the shows. We may have to call Pando.
I tried to log on to premium
I tried to log on to premium sign in and it asked for a password and username. The one's that I use for vmx doesn't work.

page 8 of the VMX handbook. If you don't have the handbook, go to the VMX site, click on VMX Self-Support on the right hand side, then click on the VMX Handbook link on the far right. It will download in PDF format. Go to page 8 and you'll find the login and password for Pando.
