Keeps downloading

Every time I try to download a program another program called "Presidential Politics" downloads with mistakes.  Presidential Politics has errors and cannot download properly.  I try to download another program and Presidential Politics comes through.  I removed it from the download program but it still tries to download.  The problems is I cannot download other programs because this interferes.
