Delay in MP2 files

Downloading has been going great.  When the MP2 files are done I get a notification it is ready.  I downloaded LCATV's Agriculture in Rural Life.  If finished transcoding, but it is three hours now and no notification and it is not in my MP2 files in vtaccess in the application.

CATV - Channels 8 & 10

Tried to download a file overnight and did the make MP2 file and still did not work.
