Can't Log in to Pando

I upgraded Pando, restarted, and now can't log in with the username and password I've tried many times.

Dick, My first question

Dick,

My first question is, do you have a blue or  gray apple in the top left of your computer screen. If blue then you have Tiger as an OS, if gray you have Leopard. Before I can troubleshoot I need to know which operating system you have. But this is a new issue that I haven't seen yet.

Something is going on with Pando. I will look into the account, make sure it's active and post back as soon as I can.

I have reset the Pando

I have reset the Pando password. I tested it on my machine and it's now working properly again. You should be able to log in now.

Still can't log in

Dick, Not sure what issue

Dick,

Not sure what issue you are having, nor anyone else. I have the most recent versionof Pando and it works fine. Make sure you are typing EXACTLY what you need to. .net not .com for instance. Make sure you include all characters like ! exclamation points in any field necessary. The login works perfectly on several computers here all with differing OS versions and all with the most recent Pando. Post back after you have double and triple checked your login process.

Hi Dick,

I just VNC'd into your machine and logged in successfully to Pando with the username and password in the manual. It's all set now!

Thanks much, but I'm baffled as to what was wrong with the way I was trying to login.

Now that I'm logged in, the original upload problem is back. When I click "Get Code" I don't see any evidence that packaging is happening, just a blank Pando screen.

Yes, we are aware of this

Yes, we are aware of this issue. Unfortunately, it is a Pando issue being non-compatible with the latest version of Mac OS. We have to wait for a patch from Pando (update) to make this work. Until then Kenrick has been using the Email workaround. Click this link to read the solution that Pando suggested to him(http://vermontaccess.net/forum-topic/get-code-window-empty)

I just signed out and back in

I just signed out and back in again, no problems. Try it again. Maybe you bumped a wrong key. You shoudn't be signing out. The VMX computers are supposed to stay on all the time for admin reasons. If you lose power, it should automatically sign in again, if you have the password and user name stored in the keychain.

Nope, can't sign in.
