audio problems at VCAM

For any of you that have had low audio coming from a VCAM produced show, I've just caught (albeit a little late) the problem. The process I had been successfully using for some time seems to have changed (most likely when we upgraded to Snow Leopard). SL was a test to see if it would work as it had before, but I have seen this low audio problem on another computer with SL as well. I'll be doing some work to try and fix the issue before my next upload. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've tried something that I hope will work on your end. For any of you downloading VCAM programs, please post back to this thread if the audio problem is fixed, or at least better. Thanks.
