Anyone experiencing slower Pando downloads?

It took me all day to download the 960 MB Dean on Health Care file. Others I've noticed have been slow, too. Is Pando hitting a critical mass & having bandwidth issues?

Pando has been slow lately. I
Pando has been slow lately. I started uploading a 3.0GB file this morning and it's downloaded only 74% after 7 hours.
Do you know what's going on?
Pando has been very slow for
Pando has been very slow for over a month. Today I have been downloading a 1.4GB file for over 3 hours and it is at 87%. This is much, much slower than it used to be.
Do you know what is going on?
I have tried to post here three other times.
Make sure you are logged in
Make sure you are logged in to Pando Pro, and are not using regular Pando, which is much slower.
HAve you done any updates on
HAve you done any updates on the VMX computer? Updates can make Pando not work well.
I checked and it is logged in
I checked and it is logged in to Pando Pro.
I have not done any updates.
From our end it does not
From our end it does not appear Premium or regular plays a role in the download speeds. They seem to be the same. Matt, is it your expereince that being signed into a Preimum account speeds up your downloads? I thought it just had to do with Premium accounts allowing for larger file sizes.
Honestly, Pando is so
Honestly, Pando is so unpredictable. BUT…, that being said, their own website says that logging into the Pro account will give you up to 5 times the download speed. You can see the comparison of standard free account and the paid pro account here:

Last week Pando somehow
Last week Pando somehow switched to the Free version, which I don't understand. It was awful, and very, very slow.
Even though Pando Pro is much better than the free version, it is still slow. I think it is slower than it was last year. It just took 3 and a half hours for a 1.34 GB, one hour program to download.
3 and a half hours isn't too
3 and a half hours isn't too bad, as far as Pando goes. Pando is a bit torrent client, and since most shows only get downloaded two or three times, there's not that much action going on that would boost the downloads. I've had hour shows take more than a day to download. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's slower. Pando Pro will always be faster than Pando Free. If that show took 3 and a half hours, it would have taken 10 times that long if you hadn't been signed into the Pro account.
The account would log out if the power went off. If the computer restarted, it wouldn't necessrily restart Pando.
Download speeds are better
Download speeds are better but very variable. Pro is definitely better.
Thanks for the info Matt
The snowstorm used up the battery back up, so the power went off. When it restarted and I opened Pando it was the free version. I didn't expect that, so didn't see it for a bit.
