Station Policies

Hello,

Recently our accountant at NEK-TV suggested that the station develop a Conflict of Interest Policy as well as a Fraud Policy as it pertains to Directors and Employees.  I was able to draft them based on other small business' policies and present them to my BOD.  It has now been tabled and the biggest question I got from my directors was what other stations had regarding this topic.

Do any stations have these policies set up and in place?  If so, could I get a copy to compare the ones I drafted with yours?  Any other information on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
